どうか人々が今ある豊かさや愛に気づいて、目醒めを加速させて欲しいと願い、蓮の中に地球を描きました。

Some people like to laugh, others like silence, and each of us has our own light characteristics.

Knowing 0-100 is more fine-tuned than knowing 0-10.

Until now we have been praying with our hands to some light, but maybe from now on it is more important to be conscious of becoming our own light ✨.

すべての人が光の柱だったとすると、私の光の柱はどのような時に素敵な光を放っているのか？

何をしている時が好き？

何をしている時に楽しい気分でいられる？

何をすると穏やかな気持ちでいられる？

0〜10知ってるより、0〜100知ってる方がより細やかな調整ができる。

今までは何かの光に手を合わせて祈っていましたが、これからはより自らが光となる意識が大切なのかも✨

衆生の苦しみを毒にたとえ、観音様が代わりに飲み込んで下さるという慈悲の心を表し、繁栄を与えてくださる観音様であります。
観音様のお顔はガンダーラの彫刻を参考に描いてみました。

【BYAKUI KANNON 2016(White Robe Kannon)】

During this period many people gave me the images of BYAKUI KANNON (White Robe Kannon) so that I felt a true bond with it, expressing to draw BYAKUI KANNON enshrined on a mysterious purple lotus flower A waterfall flowing from the mountain in the background expresses White Dragon, I painted to state that it always protects BYAKUI KANNON.
I also got inspiration from an earthenware pot that holds a drop of dripping water from SANGUI and stalactite at SEFA UTEKI in OKINAWA.

【白衣観音　2016年】

この時期は色々な人から白衣観音の画像を頂く事が多かったので縁を感じ、神秘的な紫の蓮の花に鎮座する白衣観音、背景にある山から流れる滝は白龍を表現し、白衣観音をいつも守護している様子を描きました。
沖縄にある斎場御嶽にある三庫理や鍾乳石からしたたる水の雫をうける甕からもインスピレーションを受けました。

【THE ROAD OF BUDDHA 2016】

I drew this because I had a request to draw an abstract picture of Buddha and trainee monks from a president of a company for decoration in his room and
company.
When I had an offer from the president, I remembered the Buddhist monk who emanated a mysterious aura when I met him in a temple in Kyoto.
He was a AJARI (a highest rank monk) of TENDAISYU (Tendai Sect), I strongly felt that I wanted to draw the form of AJARI in the SENNICHIKAIHOUGYOU (One Thousand Day of Peak Circumambulation) as known as extremely hard
training. This drawing became an interesting work that share inspiration from each other.

【仏の道　2016】

ある会社の社長からいくつか会社に飾る絵の依頼があり、その中の社長室に飾る予定だった抽象画に仏様と修行僧を描いて欲しいと要望された事がキッカケでした。
その話を伺った時、私は以前京都のお寺で出会った不思議なオーラを放っている住職の事を思い出しました。
その方は厳しい修行で知られる天台宗の阿闍梨で、千日回峰行中の阿闍梨の姿を描きたいなと強く思いました。
互いにインスピレーションを共有しながら描いた面白い作品となりました。

【Tears of Buddha 2016】

In this work, Japanese painting style was used for the first time, for this I was taught how to use difficult pigment called GOFUN powder, under the guidance of Professor Eisuke Somekawa. It was a difficult time for me mentally, so if you look closely at the line you can see that my mental state did not concentrate on the picture. My tears are spreading towards the right arm of the Buddha, I remember I faced towards this Buddhist drawings with crying.

初めて日本画を使った作品で染川英輔先生の指導の元、胡粉という難しい顔料の使い方を教わりました。 とても精神的に苦しい時期だったので、線をよく見ると絵に集中できていない精神状態が見て取れます。 仏様の右腕の方には私の涙が滲んでおり、泣きながら仏画に向かった当時の自分を思い出します。

男でもなく女でもない性を超越した顔を描くってなかなか難しい。

男女それぞれたくさんの魂を経験して、最後にどんな心持ちや表情になっていくのかを想像しながら描く毎日です。

考えれば考えるほど仏画は、生、性、死と深く結びついているように感じます。

私がなぜ仏画に導かれたのかという理由が、点と線がどんどん繋がりはじめ、絵画を通してひしひしと伝わってきています。

A WATER POTーlotus earthー〈2017〉

Clouds drawn with GOFUN (white Pigment) and four dragons protecting all sides, centering on red lotus flowers floating on an indigoblue paper. The line drawings of a water pot that was in SHINGON MIKKYO (Shingon Esoteric Buddhism) catalog, I draw this under the direction of a Buddhist priest. The blue gem, which the dragon held at the top, is treasure that makes wishes at will, which is symbolizing the teachings of Buddha and Buddhism.

真言密教の図録にあった水鉢の線画を住職から直接指導を受け描いた作品。

上部にいる龍がもつ青い宝珠は、意のままに願いをかなえる宝、仏や仏の教えの象徴とされています。
